About Us
We are nonprofit nerds!
Jessica always knew she wanted to work in the nonprofit world, and had the chance to work in many different positions before finding a home in organizational development, talent, and culture at College Summit. When Mike joined the same organization, he brought with him years of helping organizations clean up their finances.
We both worked closely together to build systems and strategies for HR and finance (while also getting married).
In the last decade, we shifted gears to consulting with nonprofits, and deepen our skill sets in fundraising (Mike) and coaching (Jessica).
We love partnering with leaders to solve their thorniest, most stressful problems, and transform their organizations as a result.
Mike Gemm is a consultant and coach, committed to dramatically improving the impact of non-profits through targeted fundraising, accurate financial data, and transformational coaching for leaders and their teams.
Mike’s fundraising career started at For Impact | The Suddes Group. During his time at The Suddes Group, Mike partnered with organizations across the social impact sector to raise over $60M+ through direct "in the field" asks and client coaching.
With over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit world, and a strong background in business and finance, Mike is uniquely positioned to offer actionable insight to civic-minded organizations looking to grow their influence and impact.
